Best thing to do after running?

I am 6 ft, 195 lbs and 16 years old. I have flat feet and my feel fall inward when I walk. I run between 1.5-3 miles a day(2 miles usually takes me 18 minutes or less). I want to build my upper body and abs (i need to loose lower body fat). According to BMI charts I am borderline overweight and I need help on how to loose weight and build muscle. I don't normally eat junk food, I occasionally drink pop but I drink a lot of unsweetened iced tea and lemonade. I also eat four small meals a day, lunch usually being the biggest. What can I do?
