I personally believe that it is an amazing program for the upper body workout. However, I am a strong believer in working out the lower half of your body as much as the upper. I don't like being uneven. (all torso and arms and tiny toothpick legs. Not for me.) Thus, the more I look into it, photo and video results only show people flexing the upper body. I want photo or video results to show how the ripped the legs turned out. Personal experiences would be best. Thanks.
