I have upper hair lip. can you remove it with hair removal?

Hi! i just did the most stupidest thing in the world T___T I shaved my upper hair lip because it has been bothering me!! I shouldn't have. I've always had it ever since i was 11 and i shaved it cause i was embarressed.Now i'm 15 but anyway i've tired waxing and it WON"T come off. I've tired the one with the wire and nope. Shaving works but it grows back like it was before. So i was wondering....... if i use the Nair Hair Removal thing or any type of store bought hair removal stuff, will it get rid of the upper hair on the lip???
