Roller coaster safety fears?

Is it possible to get so nervous about a ride that your heart beats so fast that you have a heart attack or cardiac arrest or if your heart is already beating fast from nervousness could the ride cause anything to happen? Just curious cause next week I will be at Cedar Point. They have some extreme rides. The only roller coasters I have been on are mystery mine and thunderhead at Dollywood and Aerosmith's Rockin' Roller Coaster and Expedition Everest both at Disney World, thanks!
