I think you should try and stay away from him. He sounds like just BAD news. No matter what he is trying to achieve by this kind of behaviour or why he is doing it it is just so... wrong. You're his cousin, you share a pretty close blood relation, this obvious attraction he has for you needs to stop now or it could get much worse that a ill timed joke.
