I really need a weight loss plan.. Please help me!?

I'm 13, 5"10' and weigh 179 pounds. My cousin came over swimming a couple days ago, and I swim with my shirt off and he kept calling me fat as a joke but I know that I'm overweight. I was wondering if anyone could construct a fitness plan? I have Wii Fit Plus, a trampoline and a pool. But, my pool is really small, maybe only like 20 feet across? Its a circle.. Anyways, i would like to work my abs, and upper arms. I have 5 and 10 pound dumbbells. I also have a weight bar, and i can lift up to 30 pounds total. I also have a treadmill but its old and doesn't feel stable when i run on it so i try to just walk on it. I also have roller blades, but no where to really roller blade. Thanks for any help in advance.
