Anything is possible. Those pictures seem like they were take in 1977 assuming that 5/77 is referring to the date which means the property is probably in much worse shape now. I mean, you are probably looking at a few hundred thousand dollars to restore something like that. If your into restoring historic properties I would keep on looking unless you are ready for a very big and costly project.
