How long is reasonable to wait for a text back from a guy regarding a date?

How long is reasonable to wait for a guy to respond to a text regarding a date this weekend. We discussed that we would go out. I text about a possible day and 7 hours later, still nothing. It only takes a minute to respond. How long is reasonable to wait? I think it's past and I should make other plans. Honestly, I am so tired of making excuses for disinterested men. What do you think?
