I'm going to move out of Los Angeles........?

Do you think that the Dallas-Fort Worth area is a good move? I'm planning to move out of Los Angeles to go to a better place that has jobs, better education, cheaper rent, places like Cedar Hill, Arlington, or Grand Prairie. I live with my mother and younger brother and my mom wants to move there. She wants to move there because my uncle recently moved there last month with his girlfriend and daughter and he likes it. Is it a good move?
