I think this was really rude?

So, I posted a status on Facebook about how lonely I am and how no one seems to want to talk to me, and my 'best friend' said she was sorry, and so did our mutual friend Jalen. Then my supposed 'best friend' asked me who hates me, I told her, and she said "Ohh don't let them get to you. And Jalen, we need to go to Cedar Point (a local amusement park) soooooon," not taking into consideration I was right there, it was on my status. Was this rude? Should I confront her?
