If a guy you're seeing says he wants to know nothing about your past?

By past, I mean past boyfriends, sex partners. I asked him, he answered, asked me the same question, I answered. He then said he "didn't care about that kind of stuff." Does that seem like a sign of disinterest, or maturity? I know none of you know for sure, but in your opinion.
