Upper lip hair for chicks?

okay so im black right and i have upper lip hair but you cant see the hairs its just dark around the mustache area. conceal doesnt work nor does powder nothing! i pluck the hair almost EVERY day with some cheap 1$ tweezers and it doesnt hurt but i still see the darkness. i think the hairs are too fine and thin for the tweezers,so what will work no shaving i know what happens and im black so bleaching is out of the question what will work i need it to go away before school starts. thanks!
