Which gym routine should I use ?

Okay, so I'm confused here, wondering if I should follow the first gym program I have or the second, the first one is a routine workout such as abs, chest, arms, cardio everything in one like a full body workout almost mainly focusing on the upper body and the days are monday, wednesday, friday ... Then my other workout is for like certain parts of the body for each day, so like for example , chest and biceps monday, back and triceps tuesday, ABS friday, but I was thinking following that routine may give my chest too much of a rest cause that means I only work the chest again on the following monday ? Is this right ? Please help ... Any suggestions or gym routines that you follow that work for you ? And should I include portein? I don't want to pic up weight , taking into consideration, I need to lower my body fat, to make my abs stand out nicely, also if you could give me a rough estimate as to how long it will take to look or start seeing a really big difference in abs, I think iv finally motivated myself to get going ! So motivation level is high lol, I weigh about 75kg and got a bit of chub around lower tummy and chest, need that gone ! Any idea how long its gonna take ???? , please guys! Please help! Thank you !
